Our greatest goal is to give you the healthy, straight, beautiful smile that you've always wanted. We understand that choosing to receive orthodontic care is a big decision, and we respect your reasons for wanting to improve the way you look and feel. Our practice will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your orthodontic care is as comfortable, convenient, and rewarding as possible. We'll use the latest technology, offering a variety of safe and gentle treatment options, giving you the customized, individual care that you deserve!  We are all here to make you smile!

Every smile starts with a consultation!

Your complementary consultation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, as well as learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs. During your consultation, Dr. Andrew Orchin and Dr. Jill Bailey will:

  • Review your dental and medical history forms.
  • Provide an extensive oral exam, digital photographs and X-rays if indicated, to determine if treatment is necessary
  • Help you create a customized treatment plan.
  • Discuss all financial information including no interest, no fee payment plans

During the exam Dr. Orchin and Dr. Bailey take the time to explain their findings to you and have the gift of explaining the findings in a way that you will understand. Please call (202) 686-5100 to schedule your consultation with Dr. Orchin and Dr. Bailey.

What type of financing do you offer?

Our doctors believe finances should not be a barrier to receiving the healthy and beautiful smile you want.   We offer no interest, no fee, and extended payment options.  Additionally, we work with most insurance companies.

What happens after the initial consultation?

If you do choose to receive orthodontic treatment, you will need to schedule your first appointment. Your first appointment is when Dr. Andrew Orchin and Dr. Jill Bailey will place your new orthodontic appliance. Typically, this appointment is no longer than one hour, and then you're on your way toward your new smile!

Scheduling Appointments

Visiting the orthodontist on a regular basis is an important part of orthodontic treatment. Dr. Orchin and Dr. Bailey will indicate when the patient is due for his/her next visit before you leave our office. Regular checkups last between 20-40 minutes and can be scheduled as early as 7AM. Keeping your appointments is the best way to stay on track to have your appliance removed on time.

We understand that "life happens," so if you're running late or need to reschedule, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. When you're ready to schedule your first appointment, call our practice at (202) 686-5100; we're looking forward to working with you.

Visiting the dentist during orthodontic treatment

It is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist as directed during your orthodontic treatment, for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible.
