We want to make sure that you get the most out of your orthodontic treatment. Our practice is open early for morning appointments so that your office visits don't interfere with your busy daily schedule. Dr. Andrew and Dr. Jill are always available for emergency care if needed. When it comes to paying for your treatment, our practice offers all-inclusive fees for X-rays, emergency visits, broken fixed appliances, or retention visits. There will never be any surprises with your financial plan.

THE ORCHIN ORTHODONTICS EXPERIENCE: Get to know us!

We have an efficient office that offers first class service while being very accommodating. We seat patients promptly and strive to always run on time to let patients know how important they are and that we honor their schedule as well. To accommodate busy schedules, we also have early (7AM) appointments.

Our doctors and team participate in continuing education on a regular basis. We have invested extensive time and resources on new procedures (SureSmile, LASER, TAD’s, etc…) that shorten treatment time, minimize discomfort, and offer results that were previously unattainable. While other practices may say they offer leading technology, we actually do.

Both doctors teach orthodontics as attending faculty at Washington Hospital Center and have extensive experience with cleft palate and orthognathic surgery cases as well as all other orthodontic cases for both children and adults. We are Premier Providers of Invisalign.

Dr. Andrew Orchin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This honor is awarded to less than 50% of practicing orthodontists and is a demonstration of their pursuit of continued excellence. He is one of only four orthodontists practicing in Washington, DC who is Board Certified.  He is also the only provider of SureSmile in our area. Dr. Jill Bailey practiced general dentistry on children and adults for eight years prior to specializing in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, offering a uniquely well rounded perspective to her treatment plans. Her experience with dentistry shows in her ability to put even the most fearful of patients at ease. Her attention to detail and gentle touch are true assets to her patients.

Our doctors are chairside at every visit to evaluate the patient and prescribe the next step in treatment. Our orthodontic assistants only perform treatment on patients when there is a doctor present. Our practice is patient care centered, not volume centered.

Our doctors treatment plan every case, and work with other members of your dental health team to achieve optimum results: every treatment plan is individual and specific for that patient. In our practice, you benefit from both doctors reviewing cases together at the start of and throughout your treatment.

Believing finances shouldn’t be an obstacle to getting superior service and a spectacular smile, we offer exceptionally flexible payment plans with no interest or finance charges. Our fees are all inclusive meaning that there are no hidden or extra fees for emergency visits, broken fixed appliances, or scheduled retention visits.
